Do I have to reserve a seat before visiting?

You are not required to reserve seats for skating admission, walk-ins are welcome. We can’t guarantee availability for walk-ins, so please give us a call just in case !

Can I bring my own skates, or do I have to rent?

Absolutely, do bring your own skates!

Can I host a party Rollerplex?

Yes, party packages have been updated on our pricing page. If you’re looking for a custom experience or facility rental, please see contact us at [email protected] or call us at 905.450.8680

Does Rollerplex offer skate lessons?

Yes! Presently, we’re offering skate lessons every Wednesday, with starting times at 5, 6 and 7PM. Lessons are 45 minutes and DO REQUIRE a reservations. No walk-ins.

Do you offer memberships?

Until further notice, membership offerings are suspended. We hope to know more once we return back to ‘normal’

Do you play music at Rollerplex?

Yes, Yes and Yes, always! Plus, if you join us Friday and Saturday, you can experience our live Djs!
